The Inbox

Every conversation with a customer lands in one place. Texts they send to your Flyra number, emails, and calls to your business line all arrive here instead of scattered across somebody's personal phone.
That's the real point: when a technician leaves, the conversation history stays with the business.

1. SMS
Texts to and from your Flyra number. For home services this is the busiest tab by a distance, because customers reply to texts and ignore email.
Every automated message you send, appointment reminders, review requests, payment nudges, goes out from this number, so replies land here.

2. Email
Email threads with customers. Slower, but it's where estimate and invoice conversations tend to live, especially for commercial work.

3. Team
Internal chat with your staff. Separate from customer conversations so a message about a customer never accidentally goes to the customer.

4. Phone
Call history on your Flyra line: who rang, when, and how long for.

On an empty account
A new account reads No messages yet, and it will keep saying that until you claim a phone number. The Inbox is downstream of that, so if this page stays empty while customers say they've texted you, check that a number is claimed in Settings > Organization.

Tips and gotchas
- No phone number, no SMS. Claim one first.
- Replies to automations come here, so somebody needs to watch it on days when reminders go out.
- Team chat is not customer chat. Two different tabs, and it's worth being sure which you're in.
- Conversations belong to the business. That's the whole reason not to use personal phones.
