Connecting Meta lead ads

If you run lead ads on Facebook or Instagram, this pulls those submissions straight into your Flyra pipeline. Without it, Meta leads sit in Ads Manager waiting for someone to download a CSV, which is how leads go cold.
The page is Leads > Meta.

1. Connect Meta
Sends you to Facebook to authorise Flyra against your business page and ad account. You'll need admin rights on the page, so if you hand your ads to an agency you may need them to do this part.
Once connected, new lead ad submissions arrive as leads in your pipeline automatically.

Conversion tracking
The second half of the page, and a separate job from pulling leads in. This sends events back to Meta so its algorithm learns which leads turned into real work. Feeding conversions back is what stops Meta optimising for cheap junk leads.
2. Dataset ID
From Meta Events Manager. The placeholder shows the expected shape, a long numeric ID.

3. Access token
Generated in Meta. Treat it like a password: it lets Flyra write events into your ad account. Never paste it into a shared document.

4. Test event code
Optional, and worth using. Meta gives you a temporary code so you can confirm events are arriving before you rely on the data. Set it, watch the events land in Events Manager, then clear it.

5. Save changes

6. Refresh
Re-pulls your form list from Meta. Use it after you create a new lead form on Facebook, otherwise Flyra keeps showing the old set.

Tips and gotchas
- You need admin access on the Facebook page. Being the advertiser is not enough.
- Connecting and conversion tracking are two separate jobs. The first brings leads in, the second makes your ads smarter. Do both.
- Refresh after adding a form on Meta. New forms don't appear on their own.
- Set lead source on the resulting jobs. Otherwise you can't compare Meta against your other channels in Reports.
Note: the screenshots here show the unconnected state. Completing Meta's OAuth needs a real Facebook business account, which this documentation org doesn't have, so the connected view isn't pictured. The fields and buttons are the same either way.
