The Reports section

Reports is where the numbers live. It describes itself as "review performance, revenue, and operations across your business", and it's twelve tabs sharing one set of controls.

1. Twelve tabs
Overview, Jobs, Subscriptions, Payments, Estimates, Map, Customers, Reviews, Quality checks, Payroll, Timesheets and Expenses.
Each is its own route, so you can bookmark the one you check every Monday rather than clicking through.

2. Date range
1W, 1M, 3M, 1Y, plus a custom range shown as an explicit date span.
The presets are on almost every tab, and the right one depends on what you're asking. Canvassing is weekly because weather dominates. Revenue is monthly. Subscriptions are quarterly, because that's the billing rhythm.

3. Filters
Narrows by the dimensions that tab supports, typically employee, service, lead source or territory.
The single most useful habit in this whole section is filtering by employee before drawing a conclusion. Aggregate numbers hide the fact that one person is carrying a metric and another is dragging it.

4. Export CSV
On nearly every tab. Payments has two exports rather than one, and Timesheets has a detail export alongside the summary.
Export when you need to combine Flyra data with something else, for example matching payments against a bank statement. Don't export to do arithmetic the page already does.

What to check and when
- Weekly: Payments (Export unpaid), Quality checks, Map if you canvass.
- Fortnightly: Timesheets and Payroll around pay periods.
- Monthly: Overview, Jobs by lead source, Subscriptions.
Tips and gotchas
- Everything is empty on a new account. These reports need completed work.
- Filter by employee before concluding anything.
- Match the date range to the rhythm of what you're measuring.
- Bookmark the tabs you use. Each has its own URL.
